Description
How to use 6” Seam Setter1: Place the fixed (left) suction cup on the left slab. Place the movable (right) suction cup on the right slab.2: Pump the plunger until the suction cup attaches completely.3: To join the seam, turn the side knob counter clockwise until you are satisfied with a seamless appearance.4: To level the slabs, make sure one of the blue head under the top knob is on the higher side of the seam and turn the top knob clockwise until the slabs are leveled. Usually you only need to use one top knob to level. Use two when there are any expanding needs.5: Lift the rubber tab on the edge of the suction cup to release the suction after seam has been completed. Item works great. I did have an issue with a damaged case but the seller provided great service. They are fast to reply and took care of the issue. 5 stars!Despite the size of the suction cups, this seam setter can handle heavy slabs. I attached 1-1/4" thick slabs, with dimensions of 82" x 35" and 60" x 28" with no problem.Suction cups are a bit on the weak side but other than that, it gets the job doneI installed my own kitchen countertop and these seam sealers definitely helped me get the seam very very close to perfect.I’ve tried every option to clean the rings off the countertop I will have to call a professional company to come polish them offWe really love these, we are a commercial cabinet shop and have purchase the much more expensive pneumatic clamps, these one work far better, much more simple, no electrical needed, and you can really align the joint some much better. They only issue we've had so far is one of the suction cups didn't hold attached very long. We sent it back and received a new one with no questions asked. Highly recommend this product were alignment and joint is important.I wish I would of gotten these from the beginning. Compared to other seem setters in the market these are way stronger and much better.
